Windsong Ranch
Windsong Ranch Marketplace is a 46 acre retail marketplace located at Highway 380 and 423 in Prosper, TX. It is an amenity of the award-winning master planned community, Windsong Ranch, which spans over 2,000 acres across North Texas. Venture Land Group is honored to have been so heavily involved in the brokering, development, and real estate consulting of Windsong Ranch. In addition to this NE Corner of 423 and 380, we helped assemble all four corners and we brokered the sales to Kroger, Home Depot, Walmart, LA Fitness, Academy, and brokered approximately 20 ground leased pad sites.
Debbie & 360
Owned by the Day family since the 1880’s, the northwest corner of Debbie & 360 is one of the last tracts of undeveloped land in Arlington.
Venture Land Group was trusted with completing the multifamily, single family and commercial sales. We are now developing the final 18-acre retail portion.
