Our Team

Ken Reimer

Founder and Principal

Ken Reimer, Founding Manager, has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, including work with the Real Estate Group at Price Waterhouse.  Ken has a broad experience including leasing, land sales, development, and tenant representation.

During his career, Ken has been intimately involved in 30 significant retail developments in the DFW area and often has consulted on all aspects of the entire development process for property owners. In addition, Reimer has represented Highland Homes, HEB, and other single-family/multifamily developers. Along with being a managing partner of Venture Commercial, Reimer was a Senior Vice President at The Weitzman Group in the Commercial Retail Division, where he was consistently a top ten producer.

Active in the real estate community, Reimer is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and on the Board of North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. In his community, he has been an active soccer coach for over 15 seasons and on the Board of Park Cities YMCA. Reimer earned both a B.B.A in finance and an M.B.A from Texas A&M University.

Griffin Hahn

Land Development Associate

Griffin Hahn joined Venture Land Group in June 2025. He graduated from Sam Houston State University with a degree in Geographic Information Systems and Land Development, providing him with a strong foundation in land development and GIS technologies, including mapping, spatial analysis and software.

While in college, Griffin started his own small real estate company, focusing on single-family rentals and fix-and-flip projects. He continues to apply his GIS expertise and real estate experience to support Venture Land Group’s efforts in identifying and developing land opportunities in North Texas. Griffin enjoys fly fishing in Wyoming at his family cabin and spending time with his two brothers and family.

Kate Reimer

Land Development Manager

Since graduating from Texas A&M University in 2018, Kate has built her career in real estate with a focus on relationships, integrity, and client care. She joined Venture Land Group in 2023 and loves pairing her market expertise with a genuine passion for helping people. Outside of work, Kate enjoys outdoor adventures with her cocker spaniel, Remi, and spending time with her three sisters and close friends.
