By brokering the Rayzor family ranch and assembling an additional 110 acres on the North side of US 380, we helped create one of the most dynamic intersections in North Texas.

Rayzor Ranch is located at Interstate 35 and Highway 380. Rayzor Ranch Marketplace is the largest super-regional shopping destination between Dallas/Fort Worth and Oklahoma City. Being near the University of North Texas, Texas Woman’s University and the Presbyterian Hospital, Rayzor Ranch Marketplace is truly right in the heart of Denton.

Sweeney Family 1000 Acres

Over 50 years the Sweeney family amassed over over 1000 acres in Mansfield and Venus/Venus ETJ. Aiding the family in the horizontal development of their land, we worked with and sold land to investors, residential developers, as well as multifamily, townhome and retail sites.

Debbie / 360

By solving major issues with rezoning, gas well and electrical easements, regional detention, TXDOT and City driveway access/decel lanes, we delivered superior returns to investors. Sales include a Wash Masters carwash, Popeyes and a strip center. We ground leased 54,000 square feet to Mcdonalds and sold the ground lease upon McDonald's opening.

To obtain approval for the above, we worked closely with the city staff, city council, and city manager, developing over-landscaped sites with four-sided buildings and creating a 3-acre nature preserve.
